Can you provide the equipment and cleaning supplies my business needs?
Yes. We maintain partnerships with the industry’s top cleaning suppliers so you’ll get the best products at the best price. Prior to starting work, we’ll plan out the supplies you’ll need and will only provide what has been agreed upon. Your equipment will be brand new and exclusively used at your facility.

We begin our service with a customized cleaning program based on your business. We’ll monitor these services with thorough Cleaning Method Statements, Work Schedules, Task Checklists and a Cleaning and Quality Assessment list. What if I need help after-hours or on the weekend?
Our regular business hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday. If you need help outside of these hours, we keep staff on call and promise to respond within 24 hours of your call.

How do you train your cleaners?
Our cleaners go through an intensive training program that includes site safety information and security; product and equipment handling and Health & Safety procedures. We provide site-specific training once a cleaner is assigned to your facility. We also provide on-going instruction so our cleaners stay current with industry changes.

What about insurance and legal hiring issues?
Our full-time cleaners are fully insured and legal to work in the UK as per Home Office regulation. We carefully screen each applicant and only select those recommended by our trusted associates.

What if our cleaner is sick or away?
If your cleaner is going on holiday, we will inform you with plenty of advance notice and provide a substitute. If your cleaner calls in sick, we’ll call right away and arrange for a different cleaner.

What if I’m not happy with my cleaner?
We will remedy the situation immediately and let that cleaner know where things went wrong.

Are you aware of the COSHH regulations?
We are well-versed in all the COSHH requirements and all our chemicals are fully assessed under these regulations. If a new product is introduced, the COSHH assessment will be fully evaluated and updated.

Do you practice TUPE?
Yes. We will deal with the transfer of staff in a confidential and professional manner.
